this video should be removed. this cat may like to bat around hair balls, but most other cats will chew and swallow them causing all kinds of potential distress. I suppose marky's next video will be about taking hardened poo out of the litter box for your cat to play with?

It is a good idea. However, my cats are very naughty to eat these toys.

Man, please stop doing that right away and get this vid out of the internet. That's not very hygienic and it'll cause your house to have more cat hair and the cat to puke and choke more often due to more frequent hair swallowing. Besides , brushing your cat more than 5 minutes a day will make him release more hair, conditioning his body to increasingly produce more fur to keep up with it. Never brush your cat more than 5 min. a day, and aways do it gently. You want to remove only the loose hair. About the "toy": The cat likes it because of it's smell. If you take a minute rubbing a little paperball on your cat's skin he will also love to play with it. Try to rub another cat with a paperball and see how your cat reacts. He may reject it or be even more playful. I guess it depends on pheromones.

Must be something to this. I always wondered why my cats would bat at the brush I use to comb their coats. i think they like their own hair cuz it smells like them.
