Speaker: Hi, I am Andrew Stankus and, I am about to teach you how to make your very own homemade gravy. All you will need is some butter, some flour, some water a fry pan, salt, pepper, peat sauce and a stove. Now the first thing you have to do is take a frying pan and put it on to the element, and turn up to medium. Now what you want to do is take four heaped teaspoons of button and throw it into your pan. Then you just keep stirring the butter until it melts, and once the butter is all melted, you want to put two tablespoons of flour into it. You sprinkle in it, then you turn the heat up to nine and keep stirring. Make sure you don't stop stirring, when your butter flour mix start turning to caramel brown, then it is time to add the water. You add about half a cup of water at a time, you got to keep stirring. It's important to keep stirring like I do. When your mixture start to look kind of soupy, soupy texture, then it is time to add seasonings. You add your pepper and your salt, your peat sauce, some people like to add Ketchup. So I am going to, now you are ready to pour on your meal.
