Stop feeding people these lies- you are doing more harm than good. Fats, carbs, and proteins are metabolized in different ways and stored in different ways. If you eat 1000 calories in carbs you're body stores it as glycogen, but when your body needs energy it doesn't break down the glycogen first because its easier to convert muscles or proteins to energy. Same thing with fat. Please go back to college/high school and learn some basic biology. Taking a nutrition class might be a good idea as well.

this is correct, but 1000 calories of fat is significantly less food as 1000 calories of protein/carbs because of the density of energy in fat. Because of this, people will not feel as full as they would eating other foods, and a high fat diet would be more prone to people cheating because they are still hungry (hunger is triggered by many things, but stomach fullness is an important one).
