Coach Chandra: When you drink caffeine, you feel energetic. Eat too much turkey and it is not probably not time. A little bit of chocolate can lift your mood. Everybody knows that certain kind of food have an immediate tangible effects on the body.
Female: Do you to know which foods can have an immediate tangible effect on your sex life? Well do you?
Coach Chandra: Certain foods really do have the ability to enhance your experience in bed. For example, some foods can dramatically improved circulation. Now, you’re probably asking why you should care about circulation. I will tell you why? Better circulation means increase blood flow to your penis or clitoris which greatly improves your ability to receive sexual stimulation. This means that you get to have much more powerful orgasms.
Try adding some spice to your love life. When you eat spicy food there is a least of endorphins. Your blood starts flowing more quickly and improving your circulation and intensifying your sexual sensations. Some spices to incorporate into your diet are chili pepper, jalapeño, and ginger.
Cultures throughout the ages have use aphrodisiac to increase their sex drive and sexual excitement. The ancient Romans were said to make use such of exotic aphrodisiac such hippos snouts and hyena eyeballs. And the Chinese were known to prefer a rhino horn. But I am going to tell you about some Aphrodisiacs that you can get a hold of more easily.

Chocolate is another classic aphrodisiac. When consumed, dark chocolate releases too naturally occurring mood lifters. These substances induce euphoric feelings that increase sexual excitement. Other genuine aphrodisiac includes figs, bananas, eel and ginseng.
One last thing, sex maybe the most incredibly fun athletic activity on the planet. But, it is an athletic activity. If you want to compete at world class level you have to have the energy to last the whole game. You can get what you need to keep you going from bread, fruits, vegetables and brown rice.
Try experimenting with different aphrodisiacs and with the variety of the foods that can intensify your sexual pleasure. Eventually, you will find the foods that work for you. One word of caution, once you found what works for you, it will change the way you think about grocery shopping.
