Jennifer: Hi! I'm Jennifer from Virginia Beach and my question is, does the drug ecstasy decrease fertility? Trey Causey: Jennifer, I'm not aware of any direct affect of ecstasy on fertility. Certainly there are effects of ecstasy on libido and in the post use phase, people can have decreased sexual desire which would affect their fertility, but as of direct effects I think we just don't know the answer to that question yet. That does highlight a point about illusive drugs that when did they haven't been fully investigated and all of the health risks are not currently known.
