Male: Easing side to side relaxing getting ready to release the energy of the day, any tension. Just feel your body moving like a tree in the breeze. Knees slightly bent, hips relaxed, torso, and arms, shoulders, neck, and head. Feel your arms slowly coming up just moving. Great, allowing energy to move through your body all directions and all angles knows you are not limited in your movement at all. Try to relax into your patterns of movement and actually expand from them opening up through the chest relaxing to the back and shoulders and breathing very easily. Make sure your knees are not locked relaxing into the leg base with arms extending up. Open through the chest releasing all cares and concerns as your arms slowly move down. Settling into the leg base and bending the knees and feel the energy, the chi between the palms of your hands a beautiful life force and energy that we all have.
Notice that. Feel it and understand it. Slowly relax your arms. Heels coming in together and toes slightly out. Breathing and relaxing the body as we ease into a dance of the five elements slowly shifting into the back leg, exhaling forward touching fire, the first element, easing back and hands into water, and wood the third is at your side. Opening up and expanding to the beauty of metal stepping forward easing up back grounding connecting to earth, breathing, slowly shifting into the opposite leg, elbows relaxing by your sides, and stepping forward, half of the least resistance and the fire easing back in the water. Wood the third element at your side opening up and relaxing into metal. Stepping forward, easing back grounding into earth, and the chest expands as you ease back.
Into that back base leg bend the knee, steeping forward, finger tips out, easing back again into water, feel the turn of the torso and release of tension in the chest as you open into metal stepping forward easing back again centering grounding into earth, excellent. Settling in to the back leg, other side, feel the elements fire water, cooling, wood, at your side comfortably opening up into metal stepping forward easing back grounding into earth as you stand up and relaxing arms easing forward again. Slowly open feeling each dance more organically every time you do it noticing the beauty of letting go releasing tension inhaling exhaling, fire, water, wood, metal, stepping forward feeling your feet very connected and grounding with the beautiful earth allowing the legs to open up with a gentle uncontrived arm swing.
See you can just let go and feel the chi energy and life force moving so beautifully through your body releasing all tension. If you feel blocked in your shoulders and just sense an extra wonderful metal healing energy to the shoulders and the same thing with the back releasing all tension easing forward relaxing the torso, elbows, wrists, shoulder, hands, and fingers doing a beautiful table top stretch and opening the one side again avoiding locking the joints. Breathing all the way and inhaling up and gently exhaling through relaxing the neck as you turn your head to the opposite direction. Slowly back to center and trusting gravity and natural force and universe working with you and easing down and stretching to the inner thighs and coming right on down to the seated position. Crossing at the ankles, knees open, hands on the knees.
In Tai chi we meditate with the hands right no the knees returning beautiful energy back through the legs to be circulated all through the body letting your torso move gently from side to side and just feel the flow. Again, like a tree in the breeze, one arm down and feel the flow through the torso as you relax just like standing. Feel the chi moving through the body as you stretch out to one side easing back. Tai chi is the path of least resistance. Feel that with all of your movement and this time diagonally forward opening up. Follow the energy around. Let the body move and the arm follow. Relax the shoulder leading with the elbow opening up through the back. Easing back slowly to the center position and we do the sequence on the other side. Back hand supports, exhaling out, and feel the stretch relaxing your neck easing the arm back.
Feel the body moving energy from the core of the don tien inhaling and exhaling out diagonally forward. Follow the energy around opening through the your right elbow opens up breathing easing back with the body and knees coming up and hands on the outside of the legs sitting tall opening up. Relax your neck. Beautiful rounding back with chin toward the chest and feel that stretch through the back. Hands return to the knees sitting tall breathing, excellent.
Releasing all tension in the mind you have moved energy in and out of the body so now you can relax. Reflecting upon your day letting go of any stress and visualize clarity, clean, beautiful live energy through the body helping you just to settle down filling you nice thoughts and energy return to the hands back into the legs and noticing the full body connection as you relax and let go. You can see the stillness fill your breath as you expand. Planning your energy shift lower, feeling the don tien. A wonderful sense of weightiness in the leg base, groundedness in connection top the earth and being thankful to be in your body moving on a daily basis and never taking that for granted.
Feeling the beauty of your heart, sensitivity, openness, opening your eyes, breathing as your hands come up behind your head, opening through the chest and further opening the heart chakra as your arms reach out toward the sky. Relaxing into your body and realizing the beauty of the connection of your body to the earth in connection to each other and to energy all around you.
