I am Steve Turano, welcome to this episode of Body Performance. I received these three questions from primarily form people who had a lot of weight to lose. They are stage riser and weight training program now or should I wait until I loose the weight. 2) Can I expect more than pound lost per week and 3) Will I have excess skin? Let me see how to answer this question for you. You should absolutely start a weight training program now, why wait?
1) Get burn excess calories 2) Will get you in the routine of training and 3) If it takes you a year to lose the weight you will have all that time unless you are bound of training, firming up your muscles, helping them improve you body and its performance.
Number 2, CAN you expect more than one pound lost for a week? Probably, you see what people are really over weight. Their body will requires more powers to make it through the day. So if you begin exercising that would consume lose of the calories and if you clean up your diet or cut back on the food you eat that will also help the weight lost. You guys you can also expect more than one pound lost per week.
And finally excess skin. Wow, that is a hard one to answer. There is so many factors I mean we have seen women who are pregnant and never have a problem, women who are pregnant and end with an excess skin. So it is doing to depend on a variety of things. How long you are over weight? How over weight you were? Hormone and chemiocal balances. I mean things in this nature but I try to tell people this lets worry about loosing the weight first and if you have excess skin we can deal with it then. Why worry about something that you are not even sure is going to happen. Worry about loosing a weight that is the biggest challenge. I hope that helps. Love your body.
