Hi! I am Coach Topolski. I want to show you a neat exercise that you can do on deck, that you can use with 10 pound weight, 5 pound weight, you can use it with 15 ounce can of beans, you can use it without anything.
I have a bunch of friends and colleagues that I work with, that are physical educators and physical education specialists, and he showed me this, one of my friend showed me this one and I thought it was just the greatest thing that you can do, that's easy to develop a core in shoulder muscles, in the exercise that I call or he calls the A/B/C's.
I am going to use 10 pound weight. This is difficult for me but you know you can use 5 pound weight like I said anything. Just nothing, you can use your hands and you make the A/B/C's and you exaggerate. Like this. A, and I do in a reverse too so we have about a B and exaggerate the letters, B. C, back this way. D, the other way. E, the other way. F and I think, we'll stop with G. G, and that's it, and an H.
I get to usually Ms and I have to stop and take a rest. I am using 10 pound weight but watch. A, nothing at all; working on core. Now, you need to develop shoulder cuff on muscles, and there is about 12 different shoulder muscles that are important to swimming and I use a stretch cord to develop some exercises there as well. But this is the one. In another video, I can show you some of the other ones and I already have some videos on shoulder cuff exercises that will help you eliminate potential shoulder problems.
Alright, that's it. If you have any questions email me at tomtopol@netzero.com and I will be happy to help you and maybe answer some of your questions, brought to you by the Early Vertical Forearm Paddle, Techpaddle, I think everybody should have one. And we'll be hearing from you hopefully about all your successes and time drops. Good luck.
