I am Steve Terrano, welcome to Absolute Body Performance. Me and Noodle hate people and personal trainers who tell other people, you did not get effect of workout with the office, just sitting there at your desk, answering the phone while you are doing tummy tucks and butt crunchers. It just does not work that way. It is just not effective, it is just not intense enough. You cannot get a good workout at the office that is unless your office is in the middle of the Gold’s gym. Trying to exercise in the office is about effective, is trying to cook dinner in the car on the way home from the office, it is a waste of time. And unfortunately, people will hear this; they will try it and not getting results and then they will think, weight training does not work for them or they are doing something incorrect.
That is awful. Now, what I would suggests is this, instead of trying to do something in the office, do your job instead and instead of going out for lunch for an hour, eating foods that are bad for you, why do not you just pack your lunch, save the hour and eat at your desk.
Then you tell your boss, “hey brother, I am a knock out an half hour early, go home and exercise, get healthier and save you some money on your health insurance.”
