Embroidered Tippet is a Double EXP Accessory and can be found in following places:
This is the earliest one you can get in a game. You can get it right after you fixed the gate in Salikawood.
It takes many tries but if you want to get it early that is the one to get.
The next opportunity to get one is right when you stepp into Tchita Uplands. They are a rare steal from Coeurl's there.
I recommend this place to get the Embroidered Tippet because it's really easy, even in low levels. Equip Thief Cuffs!
Got it this time after 22 steals.
Well the next opportunity is when the Stranded Merchant in Old Archades sells it.
Buyable when you arrive here in the main story.
Alright. That's all you need, but I am going to show you a treasure chest which is available when you arrive at The Port at Bolfonheim.
It's a chest containing Embroidered Tippet in Cerobi Steppe. Which I DON'T recommend at all because it takes forever to get and they are buyable by now.
I tried to get it from there so you don't have to. It took me 20 tries and you have to run very far each time.:P
