I want to show you a face toning massage technique that is very simple yet very effective.

So what does toning mean?
It means, to increase the firmness of a tissue or a muscle.
As we get older, the tissue of our body is getting softer. Techniques like the face toning massage can help us reduce some of these effects of aging.
Here is the technique. You can use one finger of each hand, or two fingers, or three fingers or four fingers of each hand and gently tap on to the skin of the face.

Try to cover all spots of the face except for the eyes. Do not want to tap on the eyes but other than that, you basically want to tap all the spots in your face.

The way I always try to imagine it is like I have some paint on my finger and I tried to put color on the whole face evenly on all spots.
Here is a technique with two fingers on each hand.

Do not worry if it is easier with one hand than with the other hand. Overtime, you will learn to kind of have like a similar pattern on both sides.
