Farmers Market Guide

[Music Playing] Female: All right I am here at Haymarket Square. I am about to get all of my fresh produce that I always buy every week because it is just phenomenal and cheap here. And, I usually bring at home and I freeze a lot of it, because a lot of it is just about to turn, but it is so cheap that it is like a buck for everything. So, it is a great place to come if you want to get fresh vegetables and fresh fish, and everything you need that is really healthy for you and low in fat. Couple little rules that you need to know about though if you are going to shop down Haymarket is A, just bring a lot of bills with you. Keep them in your front pocket so can whip them out really quick and I always fold the ones on the outside. So, it is easy to just hand them off to them because everything is a dollar. Look at that, a dollar for a raspberry. Bring a bag that is big enough to put your groceries in to carry them. The best thing about shopping here is you have to carry all of these groceries which gives you a really good work out and I am already sweating, it is so hot here. So I know I am burning calories so that is good. And, whatever you do, do not ask stop, ask questions and just keep moving because they will start yelling at you if you stop too and linger in front anyone place. Look at these lovely peppers, four for a dollar. I do not think I would know what to do with these at home. Fresh crab! I was telling him how friendly everybody is here. Male: Really or you are lying. Female: I am sarcastic in nature. Male: Right! I can be friendly. Female: I am sure, they will pretty much yell at you for anything here. But it is a really good place to shop. So, we are going to get going. I have never seen that snake here before. That was cool. I was not expecting to be holding a snake today. It is been a long time. That was just wrong. (Laughter) Hi, how are you today? Male: One? Female: Yes. How are you sir? Hi, how are you? I love how when you ask people how they are doing around here and nobody ever answers. Yummy blackberries! I freeze these and use them in the summer for eating, when I am feeling really hot, and do not want to eat ice cream. Frozen blackberries are much better. All right, I got some great new recipes off of diet.com and I have got all of the ingredients I need for only fifteen dollars that I have spend so far today. So this is the place to come if you want to get all your vegetables and fresh fish and everything you need to be able to prick that stuff on diet.com. Very exciting, I cannot wait to go home and eat.
