Hi my name is Alex Brian and welcome to another free video lesson from 10publicspeakingtips.com. Today's video lesson is if you are umming and arring a lot. Then you have go to focus on that. It's much better, if you just realize you about to umm or arr to shut your mouth. Lock it. Wait two or three seconds, count it in your head like one, two, three and then continue. It's much more professional pausing and closing your mouth than umming and arring, and like I said before this is a nervous take. People will notice this. They will be distracted from a message, if you umm and arr. So make sure that you don't umm and arr. Make sure you stop before you do. My name is Alex Brian and I look forward see very soon.
