Dear Sir, I like your financial analysis very much. I find them useful for my financial education. However, I must say that I can not agree with your analysis in video: "Financi al Analysis Using Excel - Part 4 (example 4)". In my opinion the capital should be equal for both alternatives. I just made one example on my own to illustrate my point of view: cash flow 1 -10 20 10 10 cash flow 2 -100 50 50 50 NPV1 23,96 NPV2 24,34 According to NPV, alternative 2 is better than alternative 1, while I doubt that any serious manager would choose alternative 2. I understand what you mean by Mutually exclusive projects and that we could only choose one of them, but still, since they are alternatives, I assume that both could accomplish required task in a different ways.
