Hello everybody, this is Anthony Montalbano with InternetRiot.com and here, I am at Twitter.
Twitter is a micro-blogging service, if you’re now familiar with blogging, its short for web logging where you can log things on the internet. Micro-blogging is a form of logging very short things on the internet, so basically we’re given as a hundred and fourth characters to say what you want. Hey I'm eating soup or I'm watching around on this game or I'm reading a book. Or if you want you can say different things like check this awesome link I just found this or have you heard this, or you could just start thing that’s controversial. You can do whatever you want. You have a 140 of characters to say it in a quick punch line.
The cool thing about Twitter is you can say things real quickly. You don’t have to create this long or library stories. Actually, you’re kindly limited so it’s a lot easier for your friends and families and such to read because it’s so short. So they can actually look at their Twitter time line and look there out of your friends or with they call followers and see what they’re saying. That’s short, quick, simple, sweet, beautiful Twitter. That’s we got.
Okay got the other way, what I want to show you is Twitter search. Twitter search is little tool right here. You can search for key words and what does it shows you everything that people are talking about that key word at the current point. So if I wanted to search for Christmas Shopping, you can see all these. All of these people here are Christmas Shopping. But that something I have done for Twitter before is look for poll. So friends sense if you while at your word pressor like this. I'm here to help. There are always people if you need help for certain things. Whatever it is, you can actually find people on Twitter to do that. You can use Twitter. I mean it is a social on how we control it or not. It’s going to be hard not to see that but using the Twitter search you can really utilize the social networking aspect of it. So search that twitter.com.
You can go there. You can search if you’re looking for business partners, if you’re looking for somebody to hang out with. If you want it, I will even care what you’re trying to do but you can either find out what people talking about. New topic, you feel like finding all the other people you’re talking about to see how popular it is to see what peoples views are on that same topic hat you’ll maybe talking about. You can search for that unto your search.
