Hi, this is Francisco Bujan from vitalcoaching.com. We are talking about working up your power and the topic for this video is find out what you want. This is a question that was posted on my channel and the original question is how to get out of a wrath, how this thing I did not know what to choose at first will be start or because I was trying to identify exactly what the key issue is when you want to get out to a wrath. But what I really discover to all, what I found out, what I just find out is that when you try to get out of a wrath, what you are actually doing, what you need to do is actually find out what you really want. So, and all the title for this video would have been how to wake up your conquering power or ambitions? How to remove roadblocks and presided the one that I choose at the end, how to find out exactly what you want.
When you are in a wrath, when you are stack, when you feel that life is simply between monotonous, right, it is not changing enough, there is no variation and you really do not know anymore you want to, actually to go when you wake up in the morning and it feels like if there is this form of stillness where there is no longer any form of excitement really happening and it can be a bit training to feel like you are in the situation a bit for too long and you specially wonder why is not there some form of prior, direction or, conquering drive or ambition which is driving you everyday like there is for almost of the people on this planet. Many people are focus on getting a great job, making more money, having a family or relationship and this kind of ambition drive or direction or goal keeps them going everyday.
They wake up in the morning and they have this intents desire to go once before they conquering this goals so when you are stack in a wraths, what I believe is really happening is that the goal that you have in mind, the purposes that you have inner your mind when you wake up in the morning are not things you are really excited about or they do not really make any form of difference in your life whether you start taking action in that direction or not, you would not really feel the difference, you do not feel the excitement towards this goals. So what you can wish there are symptom, ask yourself, what really matters? What is really important right now? If you could change one thing between now and next week, what would that be? This one quality of this one thing that you could change what would that be, and maybe you are going to find out and if you find two of three things. Now, what I am giving you here, this is the solution. So sit back and listen, this is a very important.
Once you identify what is your goal is, what to keep track? It is what is really important and you start focusing on it. One thing that tends to happen is that when you are wrath, basically everything looks the same. You actually note your discrimination anymore, you simply allow your mind to focus on everything because you believe that everything is as has the same type of important but in reality, it does not, some things are more important than all this for you and you have to identify exactly what the key values drive the things that really thrill you, which ones they are and starts focusing more on this ones and then go of the ones that are not important.
The reason why you are *** right now is because you are being pulled in all directions at the same time. It means that when you decided to go north, there is another force that tells you to go south at the same time, so it is lot of completing interest. Basically, your life is chat between all this directions and you cannot even find which one you can get into and you feel that if you can get into one of the directions you are going to give up on the other possible directions as well. So when you are stack on this kind of situation, the first thing to do is precisely to identify exactly what matters the most. To think a white page and write down what is the most important thing for you. That is where to start!
Once you know what this specific end is, are these for you? Then you start taking consistent action focusing on that specific element, day after day. When you wake up in the morning, you do not let your mind wondering, pointing from directions, you just focus on that one.
