Finding Free Aircraft Images
Hi! This is Andy Morris for visual aircraft.com. Some people then asking where I go to find my aircraft images and I would like to show you one site that I use called stock exchange. The domain main name is Sxc.hu, it is in Hungary and that is the .hu part but they do have a very good selection including some liberal licensing policy. So let me give you quick example here.
I will search for jet engine and you will see that I get a lot of images that come back, the first range of images if you do want to use them in their smallest format they are completely free as long as you follow the license restrictions. Let us pick one here, this jet engine and for example here is the jet engine, it is about 200 by 300 pixels and all you have to do is follow the usage options as long as you follow within the license agreement and digital format in websites, multimedia, broadcast film etcetera. Pretend materials and there are just some restrictions here so as long as you are okay using this images and there 200 by 300 format you are good to go does not cost you anything.
If you do need a larger version and full size versions are available that are quite a bit bigger and those begin basically at a dollar and the resolution here for that dollar cost is about 3000 and 2000 pixels. So you can see significantly bigger allowing large prints but if you are just looking for an image for your blogs for example and you are constantly searching for images this is one site I would recommend it is stock exchange again SXC.hu.
