So, if it's a priority and it's important to you to do during your day, you'll find time in your schedule. So, putting into your schedule like a class or going shopping or making a day things like that it's just as important to put on your schedule. If you're morning person putting it on the schedule to do right when you wake up or right before bed or at lunch time it's very important to prioritize that and make the time because everyone can find a few minutes, it doesn't necessarily need to be in an hour, it could five minutes, fifteen minutes here or there.
