Welcome to the Finding Your Way with Google Maps Series. Google Maps is a service provided by Google that gives you driving, walking and public transportation directions, as well as the ability to create your own Maps to share. You can access Google Maps from Google homepage by clicking on Maps or by going to maps.google.com. You can use it to find directions without signing it for anything. But to make the most out of it, sign up for an account. If you already have a Google account, you simply sign in using your Google credentials. If not, just sign up for an account here. Fill up the short registration form to create your Google account. Creating a Google account gives you access to other services like Gmail, Google Calendar and more. After you sign up you will be logged into your Google Maps account and you can start saving all of the directions and maps you create. Remember there are ten parts to this series, so don’t forget to check out the other episodes in the finding your way with Google map series.
