George Watts: First of all, I have to ask you, what dance you think is suitable for the first dance?
Kele Baker: I think any dance is suitable that is danceable musically, whether it's fast something like a cha-cha-cha or a swing, whether it's slow something like a rhythm folk start or a rumba something slow and elegant. The most important thing is that they feel comfortable dancing, it that it suits their temperament and their sense of physicality.
George Watts: So do you think, I mean traditionally we think smushy, smushy but if the couple love, a bit of rock & roll why not give that try?
Kele Baker: I completely agree rock & roll, Viennese waltz something by Strauss is very tradition, it's what the couple want to do. It's a piece of music that’s important to them, whether it’s, “Your Are My Best Friend” or “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” or “Fly Me To The Moon” it's all good.
George Watts: When it comes to the actual dance, obviously the couple is in a lot tension in lot of pressure, I am afraid. Do you think they should get some professional help, to relax them into it, and to really feel the moment?
Kele Baker: When a couple has professional help they are going feel a lot more confident. Alright as a teacher, we’ll give them steps to do specific steps, so that he is not going to step on the dress, she is not going step on his toes they are not going to bang each other in the face and then, fundamental they are going to feel more confident, on the day in front of their audience.
George Watts : Have you -- have you ever met, I say a guy which is very typical but anybody that you think there’s absolutely, no chance whatsoever I am going to make these people dance.
Kele Baker: We have so many guys that come in and say I have two left feet and we look at down and there aren't two left shoes on those feet. You are going to be fine.
George Watts: Okay, Kelly I can certainly walk and I can certainly talk-the-talk, but I don’t think I have a dance step in me. Let’s put it to the test come on let's go over.
Kele Baker: Bring it on.
George Watts: Excellent! Well, I am here on the dance floor totally petrified to be fair, but I am going to give it a good try. Kelly do your best.
Kele Baker: I will do my best. I thought we do Michael Buble’s, Crazy Little Thing Called Love. And it's going to look something like this.

Kele Baker: The first step we are going to do is a side-to-side rock step. You are going to move onto your left side, this is half of the basic step already. And we'll actually and side-to-side and one and side and now, we’re going to move back and forward and back and forward and back and forward and this is the other half of the base.
So stage two we are now going to dance facing each other. So you could take hands, good. Now lets relax the elbows down, this is very formal and we are going to be very relaxed and side-to-side and back.
George Watts: Is that right.
Kele Baker: That's absolutely right.
