Are you tough enough?
Band squat and press, 20reps.
Band pushup, 20 reps.
Stationary band lunges, 10 reps per side.
Kneeling lat pulldown, 20 reps.
Band step up, 10 reps per side.
Band press, 20 reps.
Bulgarian band squat, 20 reps.
Seated 15 degree band row, 20 reps.
Resisted Ab crunch, 20 reps.
Resisted toe touches, 20 reps.
Jumping jacks, 50 reps.
Repeat one more round for a total of 500 reps.
