Vince DelMonte: Okay, I am here with one of the youngest competitor. Believe it or not, this fellow here is only 21 years old and I rock the stage and I am going to get some advice from him. Any advice for our youngster out there?
Male: Definitely lifestyle is going to play a good role. I would definitely suggest watching what you eat and training at least a good maybe three times a week for an hour and maybe also taking up a competitive sport.
Vince DelMonte: What would your advice be to a guy who likes to do a half on the weekends but he also wants to have a good psyche to attract the girls? How do you balance that out?
Male: Everything in moderation, I think you can play hard as long as you do everything in moderation. Play hard and train hard, everything will lead out for sure.
Vince DelMonte: For sure. And tell me a little about your weight training program. Are you doing the weights heavy everyday, a volume or new some?
Male: I have been switching up a little bit but recently, I have been super setting a couple of muscle. I wants maybe biceps, triceps one day, chest and back one day, shoulders and legs one day. I have been switching that up training about six, five days a week sometimes six a day of cardio.
Vince DelMonte: Nice, how much do you take cardio plays in a role in getting to six pack. Do you rely more of weights?
Male: I think definitely cardio plays maybe 50% but nutrition I think is the most important thing. You can do cardio all day long but if you go to McDonald when you are done working out, you are going to put on whatever you just burned off so.
Vince DelMonte: So that is a whole week of training. That is some great advice. Any final advice to a 21 year old guy who wants to look like you?
Male: Play hard and train hard.
Vince DelMonte: That is right, that is a good advice. Thanks guys.
