Hey everybody! Rocco Castellano here and something that has really kind of got and stuck in me, so to speak. I have seen -- I am a big part of this whole social media thing on the internet and also just publicly with the TV, radio and all that. And I have been seeing something that has been around for a little while ever sine fitness professionals have become certified personal trainers. And it has to do with ego's, agenda's and people actually believing having the goal to believe that their program is the best in the world or than it's what not that every single person should be doing that program.
Well, if you are a real fitness professional and you have some type of intelligence, you should realize that not everyone can do a program depending on their genetics, depending on their likes, on their dislikes, depending on how their body urges energy or uses energy, if they have slow-twist muscle fibers, fast-twist muscle fibers, intermediate fast-twist muscle of muscle fibers.
All of these play a huge factor and if you are going to lose weight, build muscle and depending on your body type. So how is it? And I ask the fitness community to stop being a bunch of idiots and realize that your program although it is a good program and in some instances a great program who have many people, it's not the end all be all. And when a fitness professional says that -- and so as making fun or talking down or talking bad about other programs; I am going to tell you something, almost every program works for someone. It depends on what you like to do. If you don't like to run, I am going to tell you that a running program or an exercise program that involves running is not going to be good for you because you know what; you are not going to do it. And it's going to be a bothersome task for you to do.
So, if somebody tells you that, that program is the best and they are warning in it and you hate it, well you know what it's not the best for you. So, and also there are so many really great programs that are jump-stop programs, ones that fit into a busy mom's lifestyle, one that is perfect for somebody that's really overweight, there are other ones that are more family oriented.
So I want you to be able to take a look at what is out there and fit the program into your lifestyle. And don't listen to all the fitness or professionals out there that think that their product is the greatest thing in the world because you know what, it is. And fitness professionals out there that are watching me, do yourself a favor and get the stick out of our a** and get your head out of the freaking clouds because it's time to put your ego and check because this is a whole different world here. Do yourself a favor, keep it real.
