So that's, why today I am answering the viewer emails, question and answer answering your questions. I get lot of emails, throughout the week in a generous portion of the emails, right now we got the laptop with me because of course every Saturday noon we stream these lives, so I can also communicate with you the audience, so if you are luck enough you know any one is open to it you can go to Madefittv.com. I just turn mine use some people wake up little late, so you can always happen usually do for about an hour. So anyway typically they answer the questions after the podcast. For today I will be probably trying to answer questions simultaneously will see how it goes, but I have a good handful of emails with me right now that I am answering. So, this one comes from Ramona from up north, I don't know what that means, she is from up north, she didn't give her name oh she gave a name in and the end of her email but this is what she asks.
I would like to know if there is a product of there or method they can help me look toned once I get toned. I notice that are lot of models out there, has such nice toned physiques but I cannot seemed to get that point yet. You can see muscle but not as nice as that. Okay, kind of you know summarized little bit because it was kind of long email. But that was basically at Ramona don't look at models and that's what I keep, you know I keep stressing in every single our episode. They talks about this kind of thing, when you looking at models, when you look at fitness magazines models, body builders any one those looks really, really cut.
Those people if you're seeing them because this is make them naked over there. If you are seeing them in a public media either with the magazine or TV, then they are getting paid to look that way. So when you are getting paid to look that way you will go to the streams to look that way. We can manipulate our bodies to look however we want them to look but it doesn't necessarily mean that there is a healthy way where your body should look.
So just because somebody looks super cut in your body as like five percent good for them, it looks enticing but it's very hard to maintain. And if you go to unhealthy lines to look that way may be a small 0.05 percent the population like men for instance certain body types of men can look that way and just be gifted with the metabolism. There is always a freak of nature out there. Don't give me wrong but to look that way you want to make sure that when you get toned there is only certain point would you can maintain. There is no specific product or pill or technique that will keep you that way, other than what you did to get that point.
So that on secrets. It is a journey, its not destination so once you get that point where you find that your standards how do you have fit, you know your body looks away you wanted to be keep challenging yourself to maintain those results. You can go back to even pizza, you have to make sure you are still challenging your body because your body is changing all the time. So you got make sure you are changing routine to keep up with that.
You know photo shops, I don't want get in to it the guys come on don't believe everything to see because all live 90 percent. Except for this, I mean, I mean not perfect though. By the means otherwise they have like sea cups. Next question, Annie from San Franscisco writes how can I loose my upper abs right under my chest. I have a hard time to trying to loose that part. Also my lower abs and my lower back low angles
Annie San Franscisco, let me tell you that you cant loose fat by doing crunches, you just can't you toning the muscle underneath that but cant loose fat, what helps loose fat is a lean nutrition plan while you eating frequent meals all the time, you are cutting out the unnecessary sugars in your diet, you will lowering your carbohydrate portions. I am not talking eliminating carbohydrates. If you literally count how many carbs you having in a day, like what say when you are just one carbohydrate's you creating them.
You're eating weight more than your body needs. But if you just eliminate to like 30 grams from meal, you know just monitoring your carbohydrates will make a big difference and also make sure you are challenging yourself with high interval intensity cardio that's challenging yourself with -- with strange training as well because you want hit everything overall. It's not just spot training you want to do the overall and that's how you are going to loose fat from those areas. And you are going to loose fat from other areas as well; it is not just spot training. So just think of it as an objective during which you got to do and it will eventually come up. Just weakens the strength out.
Okay, this one is from YouTube. His name is the shufan1 I don't know that means but he asks how many proteins shake a day do you drink if you trying to gain muscle? It doesn't matter how many drinks, protein drinks that you are drinking in a days, how many grams and what type of protein that you are drinking, so I probably recommend you check out the episode for what protein supplement is best for me. I break it down a lot more specific in there but basically you want to if you putting on muscle more strength on muscle mass eat as many grams of protein in a day as how much you weight that's pretty simple, just do it that way, and just past it out into may be 5 or 6 meals, of 40 grams protein each meal. Because you want to make sure if you want to try to gain muscle massive also want to challenge your muscles make sure you are letting them recover as well for growth. The recovering repairs important for growth with that, so I hope that helps. We link it.
Okay Rachel from Bristol England. Bristol is such sauntered to makes is now I can think of is Bristol Pallin. And 5 for day approximately 9 stone in 9 pounds, which is a 135 pounds; I am so happy I know that. I attend to cure away around my middle can you recommend how I can shift better on my middle and I have up the side planks to 1 minute per side and have also include twist to my routines.
So basically Rachel just wants to know how she can trim up her middle, its like I told Annie from San Franscisco you cant spot trained where you want do is focus and on eliminating the sugars and controlling your carbohydrate portions and making sure that you are challenging your body with challenging cardio and with challenging strange training its not about strengthing the muscle underneath it that's just one aspect of it.
Nutrition accounts for 75 percent the results you are going to see and the results you are going to see by leaning up, so you want to make sure that you are doing that. But if you are 135 pounds you want how much protein to eat like I said if you trying to put on mass just make sure that you are eating above your the grams of how you weight so if you weight 135 pounds. Eat that 135 grams of proteins, which just make sure that the eliminating your calories and not going over to like 2000 calories. I said for 135 played well with it, 1200 or 1500 calories a day, depending on your activity level for that day. So try that let know how it is email me,
Okay Melissa from US in Texas. She said I love lifting and she hates cordial she rather striping in her eyes but is necessary that she is strict to be classes where she knows she wills punk out walk out of the class. But she said she is inconsistent at the gym and she wants to be more meticulous in planning of for the diet and for the training schedule. So you're looking for a training schedule for weight training, what's easy to follow is basically do like you know I like you to weight training every one, weight training 45 days of week is awesome.
If you must just do three I know that we are not super People here, but if you training strange training makes you to train about 45 minutes on those days, you're doing strange training and you can either due total bodies you're hidden every single muscle group every other day. Or you just split training up if you like doing 5 days of week you can do one muscle group or two muscle groups on Monday, 2 different ones on Tuesday, 2 different ones on Wednesday and then resort back to the other ones you haven't done on Tuesday and Friday. I am sorry Thursday and Friday.
So you don't want train the same muscle group every single day but you can either split it up and really focus and holding on those muscle groups or you can do it total body just make sure you are doing recovery days as well.
And I believe more sending email do that and it is well so more specifics and cc from Toshun she says she wants to know what size of weights I use for 21 bicep curls. May be the 21 guys got 7 download, 7 medium 7 high doesn't mater how much are you using you have been weight lifting for 8 years. I'm always different so go for a weight that are you hitting the muscle failure at the end of your sets its too easy bumped up just to trial in their. But make sure you are hitting a muscle failure where you are making like ugly faces and you feel you are going to die, that's the point you know you hit the right way.
