We know how that work a chance to the mainline and we have our hoop length attached, joined by loop to loop. We do not need to put our fine shot on that and to correctly set the float to the position that we want in the water. We are going to use one of two shooting patterns and I will show you two shooting patterns in the end but the first one we are going to use. We are going to use a boat set up with small shot down the line then what I have actually done, I got five very small number ten shot here about three quarters of the depth and two, number ten droppers spread equally in between the hook and the boat shot, that will give us the type of shooting pattern to get the bait then to the bottom and pass the small fish as quickly as possible.
Let us check the float to see if it floats correctly. Now, float now has settled down with a small shot and that is absolutely perfect. Half an inch of the bridge shall show in above the water that is ideal.
I am just to explain the reason why I use more shot than the line is because it make rig much more flexible. I can adjust this shot and make the rig behave differently if I want to. I like to present bait is differently through the water and if I want to fish, the fish that are higher up in the water then all I need to do is to move this shot and slide them up the line and equally space them in a share button style and then that court on the drop system and what that means is, that when that taco lies in the water, the bait will actually form much more naturally through the water. And if any fish feed in the mid water, they will actually grab that bait and take it hence, you got a lift bite.
A great way for fishing for roach on the drop but of course if we have any problems with lots of small fish and we notice big fish on the bottom, then all we do is a reverse and then we both catch all. Back then, near the bottom like so and that will make the bait crash through the water by catching the small fish and get our bait down to where the bigger fish are feeding.
