Will eating additional protein or excess food cardio muscles to get bigger?
No. What causes your muscles to grow, get bigger, stronger and firm., “Working Out”.
Is excess foods or excess protein cause people to gain shape or become more muscular?
Then Americans would be muscular instead of fat. You see, you have to work, stress and overload the muscle to make it grow. That is called working out.
If you want to get bigger and stronger?
You have to stretch your muscles. You have to give them reason to change.
Now, will eating protein help build muscle?
Absolutely. Protein and amino acids are the building blocks of the body. Then you use set of variety to processes in the human body.
Will eating excess protein cause excess muscular growth?
No. Here is one, the body uses as certain amount of protein, after that, excess protein is either extricated in the form of urea or it saved as body fat. So, the body only uses so much protein.
It then requires and that is it. any additional food or protein that you eat will be saved as fat. This is why we do not want to load up on protein. It does speed up the muscular process. It does not make you bigger. It does not make you stronger. It just adds extra calories.
So, if you want to get bigger and stronger or you do not think you are as big and strong as you should be. You need to work out often or work out with greater intensity. That is the secret. Not your eating, it is your work out that make you muscular. Love your body.
