Sumo wrestlers have more muscle mass then natural bodybuilders. Eating does grow muscle. Nice try.

Great video. If only people could realize that buying whey protein and mass gainer powders are worthless when you can have balanced nutrition. It probably doesn't mean anything to some of you, but I am a personal trainer and pre medical student. I have heard what this guy has said countless times from doctors and professors at the post graduate level. Be extremely cautious when given advice from magazines, commercials, and any unprofessionals.

anyone who watches this,,,,,,,dont listen,,,,,,,he's wrong pure and simple! 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per lb of BW with a good routine 3x a week and a small calorie excess and u will grow as long as ur adding weight to the bar.

um...he said in the beginning that you do need a certain amount of protein, but that EXCESS is bad. he wasn't saying that diet isn't a factor in muscle gain. he was only saying that eating 300-400 grams of protein won't make you gain any more muscle than eating 100-120 grams. he's completely right. wtf people learn to understand...

your facts are straight.the only way i can think of someone getting muscle growth by eating in exess of the bodies absorption levels is if they ate alot ,got fat and grew muscle to carry around all the extra fat.finnish people and people from the carolinas tend to get fat heads.

You need to get your facts straight, of course you are not going to get more muscular by eating; however, if you work out, and do not eat enough protein or carbohydrates to sustain muscle growth, your muscles will not grow. Muscles need "fuel" to grow, they will not grow just from working out. That is a very basic breakdown, but you really need to get on a bodybuilding website and learn the proper facts before you start lecturing other people.

You need to check your science, you are wrong on so many levels and I hope no one out there takes you seriously. I'd suggest researching your facts before you broadcast and try and teach others. You're sending a good message, but need to learn more about protein metabolism before you can lecture on it.
