the only thing that whole grains have going for them think again. There are plenty of reasons to
love grains, they are versatile, inexpensive, and surprisingly easy to prepare, plus they have
amazing flavors and textures. While grains may not have vibrant colors of many fruits and
vegetables they do content polyphenols, caratinoids and phytosterols. Polyphenols and
caratinoids are two types of antioxidants or vitamins that help fight the aging process.
Phytosterols are plant compounds that help lower cholesterol, combine this translates to anti
aging power on far with many fruits and exceeding most vegetables.
