Fraud - How do we know ?

I know first-hand as the mother of a special needs child that frequently the so-called experts are not a great source of information beyond standard therapy. Case in point, we now live in Chile to work with Ramon Cuevas, but up until 2 years ago when my daughter was 4 I had never heard of CME, even having done a lot of research on the internet and taken my daughter to many therapists and doctors. I only found out about CME through support group, and obviously have found it so superior to standard PT that I moved with my 5 children to South America!
