Until now it has always been a mystery whether changing diets can affect chronic illnesses such as arthritis.
Recent study show food is not a miracle cure for arthritis, but certain foods will certainly help in boosting immune function and decrease inflammation and also with arthritis.
Include the following is part of your diet:
Tea
Tea should be added to your list of disease fighters.

A soy-rich diet helps women retain strong bones and reduce the risk of painful fractures.
Flavonoid-Rich Foods
