Organic farmer works hard to keep their soil rich with natural tiling and crop rotation. Organic produces generally comes a little bit smaller size then congenitally farmed produce, it might have a flower to and it tends to have a vary vibrant color. So the flower is safe it just means that they haven't used pesticides.
