This is part two of the full body massage. Start with a side to side motion with you hand right above the pubic bone. Keep your hand flat so you do not poke into the skin.

Then go the right leg, use a double hand motion.

And the hands are more or less just leading the body but, give the body at the same time enough space so that he could move side to side.

This motion in the mid section should translate to both sides all the way down to the toes and also up to the head.

For people who are a little bit shorter, they should probably do the side to side motion all the way up to the shoulders and change the sides when they are up at the shoulder level.
