And of the earliest I can remember was an interesting way of curing sore throat. Mommy, my throat hurts. Stick out your tongue and go, hah. She did not tell me it was yoga but I caught on to you mom. I come on to you. It is yoga breathe exercise called Lion’s breathe. Get back on your heels comfortably and spread your fingers really wide apart like Lions claws. We are going to take a deep inhale through your nose as you exhale open your mouth really wide, stick out your tongue, hah.
Inhale, hah. Mommy, I cannot do this. It is scary. Put some vitamin E on that scrape so it can heel out on the exhalation you are going to roll eyes out like you are looking up between your eyebrows right in the unibrow, not for me but maybe for some of you. I do not know. Take a deep inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale. Mom, I really love Bill but Dan really likes me too and like him back what do I do? Oh, Dina stop looking for something else, Bill loves you besides they are all the same once you sleep with them. Lions breathe improves the blood circulation to your throat and your tongue and helps to relieve sore throat, helps cool down the body, and stretches the muscles in your face.
And contrary to popular belief your face will not stick like that. So next time you have a kid who have a sore throat do some Lion’s breathe and have fun sticking your tongues out.
