Now bring that knee out to the side, mark it, mark that tree like you mean it and bring it back and now make those circles nice and big. I want to see them big, bigger, bigger. 4787, 4788, come on get that tree. Bring it back and make those circles big, that's it. You love it. Come on, you wimp, bring those knees forward. Get those pinky toes under. Don't let me catch you not breathing. If you are not breathing, I will give you a reason to now breath. Now come to pigeon and really flex this front foot. Flex it, that's more like it. Feeding rise to pigeons is illegal because it blows up in their stomach or something like that.
You call yourselves hot, it's only been two minutes. Stop crying. Do this after, counter pose. Lastly, lie down and be dead. Close your eyes, do it, do it. Don't talk, corpses don't talk.
