GE 70 - Hip Tightness, Found It!

Dina Prioste: Hi, I'm Dina Prioste and welcome to get exercised, what is the phenomenon and practicing here for while is noticing that the more flexible my body becomes the tension I seem to find. What's that doesn't even make any sense, yes, yes it does make sense. Last week I was taking a class and did hip open I don't normally do and found this extreme tight spot my inner thighs of course to my Groin Pull Injury was. So maybe you have got a tight spot there too let's try and let's stretch out. If you get it wide frontal position of the knee-bend and toes turned out now, go over and bend my right knee over to the right side pressing the left foot firmly down into the floor, if your heel come up of the floor here, you can take a folded blanket and put it so you can more study here. Keep the knee going out in line with the right toes and lower heel keeping the leg, left leg extended active so you are pressing that foot into the floor. Free optional you can flex the extended foot and go a little lower. If you feel study here you can take your hands into our prior position and from the heart. Looks something like that. Deep breath, deep breath, deep breaths they go down and pass the round 92 balls bear in the wall, 92 balls bear in the wall, 92 balls bear in the wall; go, go, go, go, go, go. Let's go over to the other side, this is my injured side take side, if any one knows, what the stretch is called please tell me. This hip opener is quite different than other that we have done; because it really gets the inner thighs right up in there that right place as suppose to the outer hips. Taking deep breaths into the low belly imagine any tension being released and your groins bluely like the lotus flower. For deep breathing I need that structure to routine I still open the name, what's the name, next week we are going to do another standing balance which is also kind of hip opener and you can work on trying post prepare for it, Thanks for watching.
