The grab
Ground grab -GG-
You need to get some air using any method. I will show you an example.
Find a hill, get some speed and then pull a wheelie.
When you are in air, lean back. You must hit the ground with the back of your bike. You should bail off and slide along the ground.
Now you are on the ground. Press enter/exit as fast as you can. You should get back on the bike.
Fall grab -FG-
You need to have a bike on a high place, like a building roof.
Push the bike off the building. Just as it starts to fall, press enter/exit.
Ground grab to fall grab -GG2FG-
You must do this, like you done the GG and the FG. Just as you get on the bike, fall of a building etcetera.
