Shalom, this video is about Jewish mystical breathing, the Khomasdal. My wife teaches Jewish mysticism among other things and two out of a lot of people, this method of breathing. People have used it very successfully. One guy said could not stand CAT scan, but he needed one. So when he went into CAT scan, he uses this breathing technique and he had gone trough it. The other guy said he was caught in a horrible traffic jam and just sat there for the longest time. He was getting more and more upset. He did his breathing exercise and calmed him down.
So the best thing is to try and get physically comfortable. And then it is called 3-6-3 breathing. You breathe in through your nose to a count of three. Breathe out trough your mouth, to a count of six and do that three times. Okay so now get comfortable and I want you to try it and think about, try and meditate here. Think about the word Ishma “Hear oh Israel” or the lord is one. Or think about some holy thing and just breathe. Focus on the breathing. Okay breathe into the count of three. Out to the count of six and do that three times and see if you do not feel much calmer and more at peace. Jewish mystical breathing exercise.
