I am Steve Terrano, welcome to this episode of body performance. Today, we will talk about gaining weight and spa reducing. When we gain weight or body fat, we gain it all over our body. But a lot of times, you will gain it in a certain area based on sex. Now, whether you are having it or not, based on your sex and the hormones associated with it. When you are guy, you gain weight on your stomach, because that is where man accumulates fat because of their hormones. Same thing with women, they gain it in their hips, their legs and their rerun based on their hormones, it is just the way it is.
And unfortunately, we notice it in other areas that do not have a lot of body fat like our face. When you gain lots of weight, you may notice it on your face first because you earn a lot of fat cells there and if you begin to gain weight, you see it and then eventually you noticed it in another places, this brings us to the other half, spa reducing.
Can your spa reduce, no you cannot. Unfortunately, when we burn calories, they are pulled off our entire body, not one particular are. I noticed first take a lot of people because guys would say “Man, I want to do this pack, I want a six pack” the woman will say “Gee, I want to work on my hips”. The only thing I can tell you is continue to watch what you eat and continue to exercise, and if you want it to go faster, you have to be more strict about what you eat and you have to increase the intensity and the frequency and the duration of your exercise.
Remember, it takes patience. Gaining fiber and calories can happen in two minutes. Loosing fiber calories, can take about an hour. So that is why I say, watch what you eat and pick up the intensity, the frequency and the duration of your cardio. And also, be patient and have faith. Love your body.
