Garden Design Tips Jason Cameron: We can do a street called Joanna place. You could see right away that there’s a bit of a competition here to have the best landscape on the black. But one neighbor have been loosing in a battle from day one this is Mike Letterman and while his a wiz of a do yourself on the inside of the house, he might as well Claudia on the outside of the house and while the neighbors correct yards look like this. Letterman’s looks like this. Here are the details of my plan for the Letterman’s house the entire fruit landscape will be rip out so we can start with the clean slate. Next, we’ll do some re-grading to give the new planning beds on more level appearance. The awning frame is coming down and we’ll repair any holes left on the brick. The front door project will finally get finished and repainted. We’re replacing the window on the right side and repairing the sill. Railing on the porch will get repaired and repainted and of course, we’ll be adding lots of new plants including a big new tree to match the neighbors and make this landscape a whole lot less desperate. Mike: Cool man cool. Jason Cameron: All right let’s go, what do you think man what shop it out, what do you like? Mike: I think it looks, I think it looks great, I think the part of that jumps out and it’s part of tree. The tree is I think it should be it. Jason Cameron: What is it called? Mike: A Japanese Magnolia Maple tree. Jason Cameron: True test of what in it we fix and that’s for landscape, is that what you think?
