Patti Morena: I have a really neat tip for making a meal with delicious rice. What I do is I use chicken broth instead of water. Now because I have got two cups of rice, I am going to need four cups of a liquid. So I have got my chicken broth and I will measure that out. Yeah it's two cups. Got the rice boiling in the back and now I am going to take my corn and I am going to add this fresh corn to my rice, these make that delicious. Corn is absolutely one of those amazing things. They ever try and -- oh cool.
When we get this corn in there, I am going to put a few, freshly chopped herbs in with the rice as well. This is some fresh basil from the garden. It smells so wonderful. Give it one last little mix. So, I am going to check on my rice and see if it is done. Hmm, look at that. I have got my corn and white rice that we made in chicken broth. Add some chopped out pieces of basil in it, perfect. Fresh tomatoes, so well, I am going to mix these and I am going to -- that is delicious.
