Hi! My name is Lowe and I will be teaching you how to cover on Gears of War.

On Gears of War there is a covering system where your character can hide behind the tree and walls and such. If you move your left analog, you can move your character up, back, left and right.

If you press the A button, you can cover behind walls. If you press right thumbstick or left thumbstick, you'll get a different image on the bottom, which shows you what to do. You can press up as well. You can press down on the left analog here and your character will crouch. Press it again and it will stand. If you hold the left stick, it will give you the image on the bottom. You press the A button then, the character will move to a different cover. Press down on the button to cancel cover.

That is taking cover in Gears of War.
