Do you ever talk to this people who are interested in losing weight? They are doing everything I can do to loss weight except diet exercise. While I am taking the stairs at work and I am in the second floor but I think it is healthy. You not have to put cream or sugar in my coffee. I think that I can see a change. You know, turn that stairs up side down in my house it is a little cool as on the towels and it keep me warm. “Oh my God, give me a break”. If you are running to loss weight, you got to commit to better eating habits and exercise programs.
I was just watching 20/20 primetime lab a little new shows on TV. And, they have a bunch of Doctors on their. Smart guys, but obviously that they are telling us Americans are to fat. And, the best thing, the best thing that these geniuses came up with, I mean John Hopkins at medical schools and all that stuff. The best thing they come up with is Americans need to stand all day long. I do not like you but I do want to stand 14 to 18 hours a day. Though of that torture, that can be worst than any exercise program. Stand 14, 18 hours a day to burn maybe another hundred calories. I going to do cardio for 30 minutes, work out for another 30 minutes and watch what I eat. That actually does work. And it is not 14, 18 hours of torture.
My point is, is when you begin to one lose weight you got to begin an exercise program. You have to begin to change your eating habits and you got to get committed. Two things that matter, not things that do not matter. Do exercise program and then sit 14 hours a day to put a little sugar in your coffee. I will see you next time. Love your body.
