Hi, this is Simon of fitstreet.co.uk and as you can see, it is a little cold so I am dressed-up, put my gloves on and my hood at top. I am outside to getting some fresh air, doing what I love to do best when I need to distress and just get away from everything and that is walking the dog.
Now, she does not chased me around anywhere at the moment. I think she is off from the bushes, she is looking for squirrels. But anyway, let us head off for our walk. What will I show you today is the fact that you can be outside, you should be getting fresh air, you had been clearing your lungs without actually have appropriate exercise. For those of you that are on the office today. You probably feeling a little jealous of me out here. I love doing this. I love getting outside. I love being active but there are times where I just want to be relax, I want to go for a steady walks, not pushed myself to or exerts myself too much but just have time to think I am relax. So, let us get ahead for a walk and see what we find?
Okay, there she is. Little biscuit out for a little stroll, does not she look that she has not find any squirrels yet but the day is young. So, as we head for a walk, okay I love this time of the year, you have got the color in the trees. You got the leaves on the grounds and the sky up above, well, there is been a sun but at least it is not raining. So, as we head for our walk, it is just great, you just got lots of different terrain. You can push yourself as harder as little as you want in more from flat grounds, you got hills with all the fresh air and there is no traffic, it is brilliant.
Walking is a great chance to get some fresh air, really fill your lungs and clear your heads because sometimes especially if work in office, it just get too much. You got the air-conditioning; you start to feel already tired. You look at the computer screen all day; your eyes just feel like that they are going around in circles. So, what we are want to do is get outside just ready to clear your heads and just look at all the beautiful surroundings in the forest. Okay, where have you choose to walk, it is up to you but obviously, if you choose a nice picturesque location like this, there is no way better to distress, feel better and just forget about the hardships and the strained of the everyday life. See, even the dog loves it so everyone is happy, everyone is getting better exercise and we are outdoors enjoying ourselves.
Okay, let us see if we can find a little stick for the dog. This trunk is break, setting off, here we go, okay. It is time for her to get some exercise now. I think she got more exercise that I am stay but it is all good to have days off, recover, distress and just get recovery from the gym, for all the hard activity of the week. If you do not go out fast on the gym then what better place to come than outdoors? So, as we walk away to the trees, better than cross-country walk in here. Just take a look at all the great colors you got around here; you got the greens, got the oranges, the yellows, you got the sun in the sky, all different shades of color and shadow on the trees. It is just a great place to be. So, as I carry on my walk, I just want to react exactly what it is that I loved being outdoors; it is the fresh air, it is the natural exercise size you get without actually having to push yourself hard or feel like you stuck in a gym during repetitive exercise. You got the sunshine on a good day, all that fresh air, a change of scene from your general office work environments, off from the home life. You know, it is just brilliance to be outdoors and just get away from everything; clear your heads, change of scene and just distress. Let us face it; in these times with all the financial burden we have got, with all the hard works, we have not done the extras that was put in whether it is high while you are at work, it is just nice to away and forget about things for a while. So, take a tip from me; once, twice a week, maybe more. Get outdoors, get that fresh air that I keep talking about, get some air into your lungs and just revive yourself and remember that life is actually quite goods.
