Welcome back to the Twitter for Beginners Series. If you watched all of the episodes up to this one in the Twitters for Beginners Series then you are already know that you can post Updates to Twitter from the website into your mobile phone, but there other ways to post to Twitter. Go to the download section. The download section is where you can find other applications that you can download and use to post to Twitter. You may want to download an application so you can use Twitter without having to go the website itself. Downloading allows you use Twitter from your desktop almost like Instant Messaging. At first glance you will see Twitteroo for Windows, Twitterrific for Mac and Twitbin for Firefox. This is all different application for posting to Twitter from your desktop. There are many more now. You can download right from here or click on More to see even more applications for Windows, Mac, Linux and more. If you are Windows are Mac user, twhirl is a really great option. Twitterrific is a nice option for Mac and you can use that on your iPhone or iPod touch as well. Take the time to browse around and see what works best for you.
