Getting started with physical fitness
When I was still in high school, I got a RTC scholarship and the first thing I got in the mail from them was looking to have to do a physical fitness test.

Before that, I was in the arts and music; I was a semi professional shooter player. Really did not do anything in around fitness and I remember going out and napping my neighborhood for my alleges for the streets that did know, I did not know far the miles was and I started training. I started working out from me a lot was, 30 to 40 sit ups is a lot and five pre pull ups is a lot and three miles was seem like a marathon. I think, for me, fitness was a way to kind of test myself; it was always what I could do, what was I capable of doing, what was the next challenge to do? I never really like it, like I never really enjoy going through a run, going through a work out but once I got around, the other people that I was training with and then I was having to go through Hell Wade, it became kind of a test of, can I do this and now we can do and I can do faster or better or stronger than the guy next to me.
