A channel, give an expression to that energy. Give it a line of evolution and a line of action. So, that your sexual life feels harmonious on all levels. You can have fantasies, you can have all sorts of things happening in your mind which are related to with your sexual activity and what you want to do is simply harmonize that, and then empower it. This is the power of tantric sex.
This is really the power that comes all the way from the east and east taken root and ground in the western world. At the same time, it is by far not the end of the story. There is a lot to do in that direction but at the same time there is this kind of desire or potential to express fully your, you know, sexual life, your sexual expression in a way which really matches what you feel inside.
If you do not want to be sexually active that is fine but what matters is that you feel that there is a level and the sense of harmony inside yourself in the way, you use this energy. At the end, sexual energy can be passionate. It can be a source of excitement, fun and pleasure in your life and at the same time, what you want is to be able to direct and use this energy in a very healthy and positive and constructive way.
So that you feel that when you express your sexual energy, you are actually going with the flow of your life and not entering in conflict with in any beliefs or in a system of forces which actually generates feelings of guilt or unsolved issues. It is very, very important to realize that you have the power to be the master of your sexual energy.
It does not mean that you are going to control limit it and reach divide into a form of limiting mind set and limiting patterns or activities. It simply has to do with the fact of being able to direct this energy in whatever way you want whether it is in a expressing it or not expressing it. But what matter is that you have this kind of skills, this kind of sense of mastery because you discover how to tap into this source of energy in a healthy way.
So, Tantric sex is really a vast topic. It is not something that we can cover here in a couple of audios. It goes far beyond that because it has to do with reorienting patterns, reorienting directions, we are reorienting the way you perceive sex itself and the way you perceive it inside your being.
So, you have to re-educate your being recondition your being in a way in a new direction. But the good news is that Neotantra or tantric sex is really a vast stream and they are a lot of teachings, a lot of energy, and a lot of ideas, a lots of practice and techniques in the direction which can really enhance your sexual pleasure and your sexual expression.
So, simply remember this for now, what is the goal of tantric sex. It is really to gain a sense of mastery over your sexual energy and if you feel that you are interested in that.
