How do we spin the Wedge Shots?
Now, one of the things that you must do is you must use a club that is nice and clean. If the ball does not get these grooves, you would not generate any spin.
Second thing, you must use a good golf ball. If you use a rock, hard golf ball, they would not spin because it will not compress into grooves, get the rift across the club face. Spin the ball.
Now, the most important thing is the strike. And to help you achieve the correct strike, I am going to give you a nice and easy tip that you can follow.
All we have to do is keep our chest centered on the ball. Now, what I mean by that—is it quarter flank players, as they come in to hit a pitch shot, we move our chest in front of the ball as they go. And what happen is you do not quite get the strike. You will get a glancing blow across the ball.
So by getting your breast plate, your chest here, focus on the ball, you will get a beautiful strike as you hit the ball and generate lots of spin.
To help you get those wedges nice and crisp, keep the chest, focus on the ball and then the arms swing to the shot. Keeping that chest centralized. We do not want to move in either way. Now, let me show you how that how it works.

Now, that was a lovely strike. Loading with spin, lots of control, hit those wedges closer.
