Give you text some depth with transform (ctrl+t) tool

Create a new layer

Ctrl+click the text layer to auto
Select the visible pixel

And add a black to white gradient

Apply a cloud filter on a new layer

Change blend mode to LINEAR BLEND

Select gradient and cloud layer and merge (ctrl+E)

Apply nose on the merged layer

Duplicate this layer

And turn all 3 layer 90 degree angle

Apply WIND filter with blast from left option

Invert the color so its darker on the back

Use GRADIENT MAP to change the color

With 2 different shades of green

Change blending mode to LIGHTEN

Rotate all 3 layers back to upright position
