Hey! It is Jessica from Ford Artist. And, I am going to show you how to get a gorgeous look this season.
The first thing you want to do is to have a beautiful clean fresh skin. So, make sure you really diligent about washing your face, exfoliating just a couple times a week and using a great moisturizer with an SPF. We have prepped our model, Ashley and we have already done her foundation, her concealer and her powder. And, we are just going to have a really light colored shadow all over her eye, which I have done and a soft white. So, this season we are picking up the tones you find in a really beautiful garden. Shades of rose and pink and fuchsia, so I am using a convertible color, eyes stealer and I am just getting a little bit on my fingertips with a smile, so that you really hit the apples of cheeks. When you hit the apples of the cheeks, you really have a lot of room to play and to work your product. Make sure that when you are blending, it is very blended and not striped and make sure you work that product end to the hairlines, so it almost finishes it.
If you really want to kick up at notch, I love to layer a cream with a powder. So, I am just taking a couple of different shades on my palate. And, I am working it into the cream blush and it is not overly powdery. The look really is about both the creaminess of the cream and a little bit of the flatness from the powder and I am almost creating like your own texture. And, by layering, these two products it is also help increase the wear of your blush.
The next product that we are going to use is a lip color. I love to keep all of my lipsticks in a palate and I slice off all the tips of my lip colors that way I can always pick and choose very easily, as what is going to look best when I am creating a lip look. I am going to work today with the color that is very berry; so many times, we are stuck with like a dark color or deep color. Or we look for colors that are brighter and give their face more lift, but this is a great color because it kind of does everything. It gives you the depth; it gives you the strength and also, gives you the vibrancy that you need.
Our final step is lip-gloss, but it is totally optional. I love using a gloss, when I go out at night and I have left my lip color at home. Because, when you are dealing with such a strong color and you are drinking your Champaign, you are having a nice water, somehow the center of that product always seems to fade, no matter what you do. So, instead of carrying your lipstick out with you at night just bring a gloss with you. Put it in your make up bag and then, when your lipstick starts to fade a great tip is just work at right in the center of the mouth and it is really pretty. It does not need to match. It just need to be in a similar family of color. You are going to blend it into your lips and then, after it is been blended what happen is that the outer part of your lipstick, on the top of your lip and the under part of the lipstick on your bottom. All starts to blend together and now you have got your lipstick back again.
So, creating a really beautiful look is really very simple. You just need a few basic products. Great skin, creamy blush, a gorgeous variance inspired lip color and a little bit of gloss to bring along with you. That is it!
