Three kitchen essentials. Let’s start with the mason jars. Mason jars are fantastic. You notice, I store all of my spices at mason jars. All of my seasonings like my salt, just put it in, sprinkle some out, close her up and it’s nice and secure. You could also use for serving vessels.
Next, I’ve got this handy tool. We’ll just call them Microplane. Well just basically the modern equivalent of a box grater. Fall in less hunky, and this what it’ll let you do is you really find grated things. For example, nutmeg, fresh horse radish, citrus zests, parmesan cheese and finally, Japanese Mandolin. Of course we call it the finger shaver. You can use this to cut super thin cheese. Again, mason jars, Microplanes, Mandolins, three things that you must have in your kitchen.
