Guide to life as we know it.
All these nice little farm we see around our community. They are here artificially. They are doomed! Oh yes! The first time the farms are seeking out a living, doing silly things like growing food for us to eat. But they are just waiting for the opportunity to make that big fail to the developer to cash in on the real quite intended value of their property. What is stopping them from just pulling the trigger? Just a little thing we call the government. We have designated some area as green belt.
The guy who owns the land, where they built this shopping center has already cashed in. His neighbor is just waiting for the opportunity to do the same thing, as soon as the government will let him. But right now, he is piss off, because the government is holding him back. You know it is going to happen eventually. Is this farmer going to be a multi millionaire or his children or his grandchildren? It is a for gone conclusion that this dirt that under ideal California weather is perfect for farming, for growing food, to be pay is over. Underneath somebody’s house, underneath the building or a parking lot.
All logic aside, economics will win. This land is more valuable filling you crap than it is growing you something to eat. And because of that there will be more people and more crap to deal with. Traffic is part of that crap. I have been told I should just learn to live with it. Sorry, I am not that cooperative. I had rather we do something about it.
